What's my username?
Your username is the email address you gave us when you registered.
Do I need a mobile phone to use this service?
Yes. To keep your personal information safe, we'll send a one-time code to your phone every time you log in
Can I reset my password?
Yes. Click on the 'Forgotten password' link on the home page and follow the process to reset your password. You'll need your username - that's the email address you gave us when you registered - and your phone number.
